Valenzuela helps Barangay Karuhatan fire victims

The City Government of Valenzuela extended a helping hand to the victims of a recent residential fire on San Jeremias Street in Barangay Karuhatan by distributing financial assistance and relief goods on February 28, 2023.

Nine families affected by the fire each received cash assistance amounting to %u20B110,000 and food packs to help them get back on their feet.

The Office of Vice Mayor Lorie Natividad-Borja also provided the victims with additional support by giving them grocery items, school supplies, and baby strollers.

The recipients expressed their gratitude to the city government and the vice mayor's office for their assistance during this difficult time.

The distribution of aid is part of the local government's ongoing efforts to help its residents recover from disasters and emergencies.
