Pre-registration of Valenzuela students for vaccine starts
The Valenzuela City government started on Monday the pre-registration of residents who are studying outside the city, according to a report by Manila Bulletin.
This is after Malacañang approved the vaccination of individuals aged 12-17 starting Oct.15.
The city government advised the parents to fill up a student health form posted online, which requires them to answer a set of questions regarding their children’s enrollment and health status. This also confirms their authorization to have their children get the COVID-19 jabs.
