Valenzuela organizes Mental Health Awareness Seminar 

The Valenzuela City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) and Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) conducted a Mental Health Awareness Seminar with the theme "A Ray of Hope in Times of Uncertainty" on April 27, 2023, at the Valenzuela City Hall. The seminar aimed to promote mental health awareness and provide support for persons with disabilities in the city.

The attendees had a lecture about understanding their stress factors and identifying stages of depression, which was delivered by mental health experts from the city's health department. After the lecture, the participants were given the opportunity to share their experiences and receive guidance from the experts.

The event was well-received by the attendees, who appreciated the city government's efforts to promote mental health awareness and provide support for persons with disabilities.
