NCRPO arrests Valenzuela’s fifth most wanted suspect

The National Capital Region Police Office under the leadership of its Regional Director, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS intensified its campaign against wanted persons hiding in the Metro. Hence, all police districts were mandated to ensure that warrants of arrest are duly served and that the persons subject thereof are brought before the court ordering for their arrest.

Towards this end, operatives from the Station Intelligence Branch of Valenzuela City Police Station served a warrant of arrest at about 1:20 PM of May 3, 2020 at Yakal St., Panghulo, Malabon City.

The person subject of the warrant was identified as Robbie Ruzzel Torres Hara, male, 19 y/o (DOB: February 18, 2001), single and a resident of no. 9 Yakal St., Panghulo, Malabon City.

He is Valenzuela’s top 5 most wanted person and is the subject of the warrant of arrest for the crime of Robbery under Criminal Case Number 296-V-20 issued by HON. ELENA A AMIGO-AMANO, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 283 in Valenzuela City.

The accused was brought to Valenzuela Medical Center for medical examination and was later turned over to the Warrant and Subpoena Section for proper disposition.

“I commend my men for their dedication to duty despite the hurdles that we are facing as frontliners in this health crisis. May this serve as a warning to those who have standing warrants of arrest, be it issued here in Metro Manila or otherwise that we will definitely do our jobs to find you and bring you before the courts of law,” said PMGEN SINAS.
